Diceblox offers two methods of facilitating limited item withdrawals: Player-to-Player and Concierge. The available method depends on the item you'd like to withdraw. Some items may not be available for both.
Concierge Withdrawals
Unlike other websites, we have a specialized team that is dedicated to processing high-value and rare limited item withdrawals. This allows us to manually source items that may not be immediately available, helping ensure withdrawals are completed as quickly and safely as possible. Additionally, we do not impose a fee for this, so you can be certain you're paying the best possible price for the limited item.
To withdraw Concierge Limiteds:
Click the Withdraw button at the top navigation bar.
Select the limited item(s) you'd like to receive.
Ensure they're listed under Concierge.
Click Continue to confirm your withdrawal.
Allow our specialized team ~24 hours to send you the item.
Accept the trade once it's been sent.
Depending on the item involved, our concierge team may need more than 24 hours to process the request. Rest assured, we will find the best possible price.
Player-to-Player Withdrawals
Users on Diceblox are able to deposit using their limited items. All limited item deposits are listed in the marketplace for users to withdraw. Please ensure you check the price as they're set manually by the person depositing.
To withdraw P2P Limiteds:
Click the Withdraw button at the top navigation bar.
Select the limited item(s) you'd like to receive.
Ensure they're listed under P2P.
Confirm your withdrawal request and wait for the player to fulfill it.
Accept the trade once it's been sent.
Users depositing limited items have up to 8 hours to send the trade, once the trade is sent, you have up to 8 hours to accept the trade before the transaction is cancelled. Remember, the system is completely P2P, so you must confirm that you've accepted the trade to allow the depositor to receive their funds.
Only accept Roblox trades that are generated as part of the withdraw process during this period. Never send your limited items, the depositor will send the trade. Diceblox will never tell you to send or accept trades from others. Unauthorized trades may result in permanent loss of your items.
