How do I ensure I'm not being scammed?

Information about scams during limited withdrawals.

Written by Alex

Diceblox is designed to make limited item withdrawals as safe as possible. During the withdrawal process, you'll only ever be asked to complete trades that match the withdraw that you've requested. Always ensure that the user is trading you the item you requested for withdrawal. Additionally, you need to verify that they've selected a dummy item instead of a regular item for the trade.

To help keep your items safe:

  • Only follow the instructions displayed on the Diceblox website.

  • Only send or accept Roblox trades that Diceblox has authorized.

  • Verify that the Roblox account you're trading with matches the account shown on Diceblox.

  • Never trust users claiming to represent Diceblox through Roblox messages, Discord DMs, or other platforms.

  • Never send your limited items outside of the official withdrawal process.

If you're ever unsure whether a trade is legitimate, do not accept it. Contact the support team via Live Chat before proceeding.

What is a Dummy Item?

Dummy Items are limited items that are below R$1,000 in RAP. Always ensure that the person sending you the item you've requested during the withdraw process has selected one of your dummy items, instead of one of your good items.

Shown below is a visual reminder of what a limited withdrawal trade offer should look like. The item received is the withdrawal and the item given is a dummy item.

Diceblox is not responsible for any items lost during the P2P withdrawal process. Always double check the trade offer that is sent and other information as there are people always attempting to scam you. If you happen to encounter someone attempting to scam, please contact our support team via Live Chat.
