If you've lost access to your authenticator app or 2FA device, you'll no longer be able to sign in using your verification code. To protect your account, Two-Factor Authentication cannot be removed without us first verifying account ownership.
To recover your account:
Contact our support team via Live Chat.
Explain that you've lost access to your Two-Factor Authentication code.
Follow the instructions provided by our team to verify ownership.
Once you've been successfully verified, 2FA will be removed on your account.
For security reasons, Diceblox will not remove Two-Factor Authentication unless we're able to verify that you are the rightful owner of the account. If ownership cannot be verified, access to the account cannot be restored.
