Depositing using a credit or debit card on Diceblox is quick and secure. To deposit using a card, follow the instructions below.
Click the Deposit button at the top navigational bar.
Select Credit Cards as your payment method.
Enter in the amount you'd like to deposit and click Continue.
Provide accurate information on the checkout screen.
Why was my payment method declined?
There are several reasons why your card might've been declined:
Insufficient funds available on your payment method.
Incorrect billing information provided at checkout.
Your bank declined the transaction due to fraud prevention measures.
Your card isn't supported for these types of transactions.
Unfortunately, our support team is incapable of assisting you with failed card deposit attempts. We're unable to determine the exact reason why your payment is declined.
Why is my deposit "Pending" in my transactions?
If you initiated a deposit using Credit Cards as your payment method, a transaction is created on your account. However, this doesn't mean that the funds have been deducted from your bank account. Pending deposits signify that our payment processor never received funds relating to that deposit transaction.
If you're ever charged for a Card deposit and your funds never arrived, please contact our support team. Please allow 1-3 business days for any refunds.
