To help protect our users and prevent fraud, Diceblox may require you to verify ownership of the card used to make a deposit. Verification requests are only made when necessary and helps ensure that the payment method belongs to you.
If we request card verification:
Your account will have an alert notifying you that you're asked for verification.
Ensure you follow the instructions provided to properly verify your card.
Submit the requested documents through the Intercom chat system.
What do you require to verify my card?
Generally, we request the same information from all card verification requests. However, there could be more documentation requested depending on the circumstances surrounding your deposits made through Credit Cards.

For your security, never send any photo containing your entire card numbers, or the CVC on the back of your card. Additionally, please ensure that you're only depositing with the card you've completed KYC with on Diceblox.
If you deposit with more than one card on your account, we may request verification for each individual card. Ensure you're using one cardholder per account, otherwise you may risk termination from Card deposits.
