We utilize Persona to streamline any additional information requests from users. You will need to show a valid ID document or alternatively, a passport document. To start the KYC process, navigate to your account page and scroll down to the bottom. Please ensure that when you deposit using a card, you are the rightful card holder.
How long does verification usually take?
A large majority of KYC reviewals are done instantly by Persona. Occasionally, we will have to manually review a request. Any manually reviewed KYC submission will take 24-48 hours for an administrator to review it.
Submitting falsified or fake KYC documents will result in immediate termination.
