How long do cryptocurrency withdrawals take?

Cryptocurrency withdrawals are usually automatic and instant; however, in certain circumstances, you may be flagged for additional review. In this case, you'll need to wait until an administrator reviews your account. Once reviewed, you'll be whitelisted for instant cryptocurrency withdrawals in the future.

You can always check the status of your pending cryptocurrency withdrawal via the transactions tab in your account settings. If the transaction isn't in Reviewing or Completed, and it's stuck on Pending, please contact our support team.
